Address-based pre-plan lookup
Type or tap any address and PrePlan Pro resolves to the existing pre-plan record. Residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use — every property is keyed by the address a dispatcher gives you.
Hydrants on the drawing
Hydrants render on the floor plan overlay with label, exact position, and distance from the address. The same numbers the engine driver reads aloud are the ones you see on the screen.
Utility shutoffs — gas, water, electric
Capture each shutoff location as its own field, not a free-text note. The viewer surfaces 3-of-3 cover when the full triple is recorded, and n/3 partial coverage when something is still missing.
Hazmat markers and high-hazard inventory
Mark storage rooms and staging areas with type, quantity, and location. Markers overlay the blueprint at the same zoom as the rest of the pre-plan — the IC reads the floor and the inventory in one view.
Blueprint upload + display
Upload a .dwg, .dxf, or .pdf drawing once and pull it up on every subsequent visit. Annotations, hydrants, shutoffs, and incident markers all stay linked to the drawing they were placed on.

plan.address- Every pre-plan is keyed by address — the natural identifier dispatch already uses. Address is the join key for hazards, shutoffs, hydrants, and incident history.

notes + hazmatMarkers[].location- Coverage is heuristic — drawn from notes and per-marker locations. A dedicated access-points field is on the roadmap; in the meantime the checklist tells you when evidence is sparse.
